Spring 2025 was the snakiest trip yet! With 15 ringnecks under each rock it wasn't hard to see snakes, but we managed 24 species over the long weekend. We had an excellent visit to Sternberg Musuem, where we toured their collections and then spent some time in the field with the curator Dr Jackson Roberts. Click HERE for photos and videos from the trip.

SEB Tissue Voucher Workshop 4 - May 2024 Crystal River, Florida.
Reliable responders met on the Gulf coast of central Florida. They learned how to take tissue and preserve dead on road (DOR) specimens for deposition in publicly held museum collections. They volunteered their time surveying for reptiles and amphibians for FNAI and FWC, learning how drift / camera arrays work, and got the opportunity to scope tortoise burrows. New faces, a last minute change of accomodation and some great snakes made this a memorable trip!
